Money is NOT every thing in life. But people in Las Vegas believed in something different. Jay (Hrithik Roshan) & Natasha (Barbara Mori) lived there & shared them the same concept in life. people there wait for the luck to knoch upon their door by winning a lottery or something. The boy runs after anything that glitters, even if it's marrying immigrant women to help them get their green card and charging a fee for it. Lucky Jay, the same boy, meets rich, spoilt girl and her even richer family & was glad that the girl loves him very much. he never had a problem in lying; he claimed loving her & almost all his dreams came true, but unfortunately, he falls in love with the girl's brother's fiancee (Natasha) !!! and again Natasha also loves him back. now he rearranged his priorities & chose love. but now it is late! he has already chose money & can't turn back. That's the story of the forbidden love between Jay & Natasha. Can they make it out & run away with their love & "simply" leave the money?

unfortunately Natasha's fiancee followed them & decided to kill both of them. they could escape many times, but got accused of stealing 2 million dollars from her fiancee. their credit card was tracked & listed as "wanted". when they went to get some money, people discovered them & they got into more troubles by pointing a gun to their heads. people working in bank caught the opportunity & accused them of stealing another million dollars!!!

a friend of them decided to help them & play a trick on her fiancee. he told him about their place but asked him to come alone with 2 million $. he found him, Jay, Natasha there. Jay is not a killer, so he asked him for a deal to leave him go now, & in return he will not attack them anymore. her fiancee refused, & told him that his offer is he will not stop until Jay searches for Natasha everywhere but he will never find her! Jay took the 2 million $ (being already accused of them) & could escape outside the US. they completed their marriage there & gave money to the poor. her fiancee followed them there & killed their friend, shot Jay, but Natasha hided Jay & escaped alone. she got trapped, so she jumped with the car over the cleft. when Jay recovered, he followed her fiancee until he killed all his men & wounded him but his sister appeared & shot fire. Jay left him & went to the cleft where she died & went into tears, until he fell over the same cleft....
